Blue. Lots of Eye appeal, with great color and exceptional centering. Unfortunately, a small tear at lower right corner. Also, 'Clear' 2004 APS Certificate (tear is visible in the APS Cert photo, but not mentioned on the cert.)Rare Used stamp. Fewer than 100 used copies believed to exist. Only 2,226 copies printed total.
