We accept Personal check, PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card for payment. Debit/Credit card orders are shipped within 24 business hours of order. For Payment by Check or Money Order, if you provide a verifiable philatelic reference or are an APS member--we will ship on open invoice. For established clients, we will ship check payment orders on open invoice and we expect payment within 15 days.

Lots delivered in the State of Texas will be subject to 8.25% sales tax, unless a valid resale certificate is filed with us prior to any transaction.

Shipping charges will be added to invoices for lots delivered by US Postal Service or Express service. We ship ONLY to United States addresses.

Items are offered subject to prior sale. In the unlikely event an item is offered and is sold prior to updating the web site, the buyer will be promptly notified and an immediate credit or refund as appropriate, will be processed. We strive to keep the website updated and only rarely will a stamp that is listed as available, indeed be already sold.
