100 Notes or more . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $8 each
Packs of 100 consecutive notes . . . . $7 each
(Maximum value $500 per note to qualify)

Notes that qualify and are submitted under the special need to be placed on a separate submission form from all other submissions that do not qualify.
All submissions must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2008.
