Large Size . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $15 each
(Maximum value $2,500 per note to qualify)

Notes that qualify and are submitted under the special will need to be placed on a separate submission form from all other submissions that do not qualify.
All submissions must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2008.
