- Modern Small Size (series 1954-present) . . . . . . . . $8 each
- Small Size (1928-1935) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $10 each
- Large Size (1923 and prior) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $12 each
