Rose. 'Z' Grill. Well centered for this scarce grilled stamp. Nice evenly balanced side margins, large bottom margin with long perforation tips, clear at top. Third perf from top at left expertly repaired (tip added to a short perf). Strong grill impression. Also, 1996 and 1982 PF Certificates, both clear.
