ND 1979 5 Liri / 5 pounds from Malta, Bank Centrali ta ' Malta. "Collector Series Specimen" Pick # 35a-CS1 and serial # +001424. Graded 67 PPQ (Premium Paper Quality) Superb Gem New by PCGS. And this banknote is population one with none graded finer according to PMG Population Report. Wonderful SPECIMEN Banknote from Malta. The word "SPECIMEN" is pressed on the center on both sides in bold red color. A lovely note with great colors with details and designs throughout both sides. Black serial number on the front of the note. Written in two different languages, including English. Purple and violet on multicolor underprint. Map at upper left, arms at upper right. Statue of "Culture" at center. Back: Aerial view of Marsa Industrial Estate at left center. Watermark: Allegorical head of Malta. As a specimen banknote. Red overprint SPECIMEN.
