Uniquely designed note graded 67 Premium Paper Quality Superb Gem New by PCGS and there are none graded finer than a 67 according to PMG Population Report! Deep, bold colors on crisp cream paper. Perfectly centered banknote! Visible embossing seen on both sides. Serial number and the word "SPECIMEN" printed in bold red color. Red overprint: SPECIMEN with normal serial number. Arms at upper right on back. Watermark is the bank name around radiant star, repeated. 101415nixxxads.
