Graded 67 Premium Paper Quality Superb Gem New by PCGS with none graded in PMG 67 however one graded finer according to PMG Population Report! A beautifully designed note with strong colors on crisp white paper! Black serial number on the front of the note. Multicolored fibers seen on both sides. Well-embossed paper on a perfectly margined note! Banco Central building at left center on the reverse side. Arms as watermark. Without Decreto de Ley. General Jose de San Martin at right.
