ND (1948) 10 Afghanis from Afghanistan. Bank of Afghanistan. Pk 30A and serial number 20F 066083. Graded 66 Exceptional Paper Quality Gem Uncirculated by PMG. PMG Population Report reveals that there is only a total of THREE certified, all in 66! In other words, this is an extremely rare find in certification! Not only is it scarce, but it is in almost perfect state of preservation! An excellent example displaying gem qualities such as deep inks, strong embossing, full crispness, and beautiful margins! Black serial number noted on the front side. King Muhammad Zahir (second portrait). Without imprint. Signature varieties. Mohammed Zahir Shah was the last King of Afghanistan, reigning from 8 November 1933 until he was deposed on 17 July 1973.
