Graded 67 Exceptional Paper Quality Superb Gem Uncirculated by PMG and is population one at this grade level with only one graded finer according to PMG Population Report. Large sized note with strong colors. The margins are excellent on this note! Serial number is in red! Red-brown on multicolored underprint. Soldiers on parade at left center, bust of Skanderbeg at upper right. Rifle and pick axe at left, modern building under construction at left center on back. Arms at upper right on back.
