According to PMG Population Report this is the only example graded no other of this pick number has been presented to be certified by PMG. Population One. Rare note, initially thought none existed according to PMG they have never certified any example. A richly designed banknote awarded a prestigious gem grade supported by its very nice margins, striking inks, heavy embossing, and exorbitant crispness! An abundance of quality and charm surrounds this beautiful specimen. Nicolae Iorga at right, gentian flower at center. Arms at top left, bank monogram at upper center right. The church of Curtea de Arges monastery at center, Wallachian arms of Prince Constantin Brancoveanu on the reverse side. 2000. Brown on yellow and multicolor underprint.
