BANK of Israel 1955/5715 Issue. Pick #24a. 500 Prutah. Serial letter 'Yod' #306010. Grade: Fine condition (F). Graffiti on reverse. (27 1/2 cents). Red on green underprint. Description of the Note. Front: The ruins of the Ancient synagogue near Bir'am. The hills of the Galilee in the background. An olive tree and cyclamen flowers at the right. Reverse: A modern design with the words "500 Pruta" in Hebrew, English and Arabic. Date of Issue: August 4, 1955. Dimensions: 130mm x 72mm.
