1932 500 Drachmai from Greece. Bank of Greece. Pk 102a and serial number BK067-827928. Graded 66 Premium Paper Quality Gem New by LCG. A phenomenal piece graced with ideal color, deep embossing, full crispness, and excellent margins. Red serial number on the front side of the note. This was BIG MONEY for issued notes in 1932! Portrait Athena at center. Stone carving at center on the reverse side. Athena was the Goddess of War, the female counterpart of Ares. She was the daughter of Zeus; no mother bore her.
