A nicely centered 1875 Series E example with EPQ paper that possesses the lowest serial number of H108815 recorded for Fr. 25. This plate letter C piece has ample margins on all four sides, and they reveal a partial plate number in the bottom margin at center. PMG has graded 16 Fr. 25 notes, but only this example and two others have been able to earn the important EPQ grade modifier.
