A gorgeous $10 Ornate Back Treasury Note, this piece has perfect centering, outstanding color and all the eye appeal. PMG has graded only two examples higher, and that by one grade point. This strikingly pretty ornate back Gem Sheridan $10 earned not only the “Exceptional Paper Quality” designation by PMG but also the Embossing comment, which is just obvious at first site.
