A tough 1795 flowing hair dollar graded VF 25 by NGC. Although it has not been notated on the holder; this coin is the three leaves variety. This early flowing hair dollars have been tough to find this year with most of them having been scooped up off the market from collectors. They have continued to remain in strong demand. It has been housed in a newer style NGC prong holder. This early American coin holds a tiny mintage of only 160;295. Of this mintage; the PCGS Coin Fats estimates that only 6;000 of these have survived. It is one of only 159 graded to be in "Very Fine' condition by NGC.
