Can't deny its an all GEM note. A well margined example of an 1875 Legal Tender Ace. The grade seems to us to be dead-on accurate. The red flourish at the right is sharply printed and retains all of its original color. These had a tendency to turn toward a washed out pink color. It obviously earned the PMG “Exceptional Paper Quality” designation.
