This is the finest example we have handled and is one of only two notes PMG has graded Superb Gem 68 EPQ.  With its bright color; perfect print detail and bull’s eye centering; it is no wonder why PMG liked this note so much.  With 27 PMG 67 Superb Gems out there and only 2 PMG 68’s - securing this note has the makings of a decision well made.
