An uncirculated example of this early Legal ace that even though the paper on these early is so thin it has great bright color> It has the eye appeal of a gem note all through the front, the cartwheel on the back is what i believe kept it from the gem grade. It earned the PGCS “Premium Paper Quality” designation, very well earned.
