Frosted Luster, Light Gray Patina, Choice Surfaces, Crazy Joe Collection. Consignor Buyout - Price Reduction! Another conservatively graded 1830 Capped Bust half dime that is certain to please the new owner. The granular frosted luster is big and bold during initial bright light review along with decent cartwheel action. The field on both sides are essentially unabraded with a single tiny contact point on the upper cheek that is visible on the image. The originality is validated by the darker copper-gold on the reverse periphery with some extension to the obverse. A consignor buyout that has not been submitted to CAC since graded. Housed in new large font NGC holder.
