Appraisal Process
If you would like to sell your collection, we will pay you in cash or check upon completion of appraisal. Harbor Coin Company will give you a free appraisal of what we will pay for your collection with no obligation to sell to us. We will look at all of your items and give an appraisal based on the most current pricing guides available to coin dealers.
Note: A fee may be charged if there is more than 1 hour of appraisal time and the collection is not sold. We will discuss this when you arrive and we assess the volume of the collection.
Coin Tip: Coins, like all antiquities should never be cleaned or altered in any way. Bring them in as they are. |

Shipping Information
Shipping rates for packages shipped within the United States:
We ship flat rate with signature and insurance. Minimum shipping charge is $12 and depending on the value will go up from there. Please contact us for shipping rates and options.
*We do not ship internationally or to 3rd party addresses.
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! You have five days after receiving your package to notify us that you are returning your purchase and to ship it back. Removing any coin from the original Harbor Coin holder you received it in, voids the return privilege.
Payment Methods:
Credit cards we accept are; Visa, Mastercard & Discover. We prefer to do business without credit cards as they get a fee from the merchant. We do this to keep our prices lower. If you must pay with a credit card, we will add a fee to cover the charge we incur from the card company (3%). We gladly accept personal checks, money orders, bank wires and cashiers checks but all are held until they clear our bank before we ship**.
** Credit card and check fraud are a big deal in the coin/bullion business. We are just trying to protect ourselves and you from fraudulent transactions.
We accept cash for any transactions. We do not recommend sending cash through the mail!
