TERMS OF SALE

1. This is a net price sale. All stamps sold on a first come basis. Payment with order. Telephone calls are gladly accepted and should be accompanied by payment within seven days.

2. All stamps are guaranteed genuine as described. Any stamp may be returned for full refund with- in 10 days of receipt, no exceptions. They must be returned by insured or registered mail in the same condition as originally offered.

3. Lay-a-ways accepted. One third down is required and the balance paid within 45 days. (On large purchase we will extend the time payments. Please call for terms.)

4. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Please send all raised information along with your signature.  3% surcharge when using visa or mastercard

5. New York State residents must add the appropriate amount of sales tax.

7. Alternatives are greatly appreciated, and will be used only if original item ordered is sold out.

8. Any stamp may be sent to either the Philatelic Foundation, or The PSE for authenticity. We must be notified of this within 10 days, no exceptions. Should the stamp not be as described we will refund the purchase price and pay the expertising fee up to a maximum of $50.

9. $50.00 minimum order.

10. On stamps purchased under $100. there will be no refund for the cost of a certificate. We will only refund the purchase price of the stamp.

11. Any lot which is accompanied by an expert certificate dated within the past five years of the sale date, is sold "as is" and in accordance with the description on the certificate. Such lots may not be returned for any reason, including but not limited to a contrary certificate of opinion obtained after the sale.

12. As grading "or centering" has always been an "opinion", we do not accept returns based on centering (graded certificates). Nor do we accept "encased" certified items.
