Presenting a beautiful, high-end 1925 Saint Gaudens Double Eagle, graded MS66+ by PCGS. From an original 2 million Saints that were minted in Philadelphia in 1925, very few high-grade specimens have survived to the present day. Current PCGS census reports show that ONLY 13 examples from this mintage have graded higher, all at MS67.   This Gold Double Eagle is a sight to behold, with smooth fields and incredible detail, this Saint is sure to be a valuable addition to any collection. As seen in the images of this coin, there is a small black spot on its front and some copper spots in the center of the obverse and reverse, neither of which detract from the incredible eye-appeal of this plus graded Saint.
