This $500 Federal Reserve Note from Atlanta is a standout high-denomination issue, certified PMG 55 About Uncirculated and issued during the Great Depression with the desirable “F” district designation. The note shows strong color, sharp detail, and well-preserved paper quality, further enhanced by its attractive light green seal and serial numbers, while the portrait of President William McKinley remains crisp and well-defined. Although a minor pinhole is noted, it does little to detract from the overall eye appeal and originality of this impressive AU example.
