Fr. 1249 10¢ Second Issue PMG Choice Uncirculated 63. This note was printed on fiber paper which was prone to splitting. Although there is a small stain in the bottom margin, this note's paper has not succumbed to that problem. The bronze frame around Washington's portrait on the face and the T-1-18-63 surcharges on the back have retained most of their original golden hue.
