Delaware January 1, 1776 20s PCGS Banknote Choice AU 58. The signatures of John McKinly, Thomas Collins, and Boaz Manlove are clear and legible on this lightly circulated Delaware issue. Manlove, a Loyalist (Tory), was forced to flee to the British for his safety and was later replaced by James Sykes as a signer on this issue.
