Fr. 1259 10¢ Fourth Issue PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. Liberty makes her appearance on this lovely fourth issue 10¢ note that features a striking large red Treasury seal. It is printed on paper utilizing the Willcox Paper Company's "blue stain" paper, designed to deter counterfeiting. The nice margins and centering are commensurate with the note's assigned grade.
