1874-CC T$1 MS62 PCGS. CAC. Variety HA-28, R.4. Tall CC mintmark with a period after FINE. This sharp Mint State example is satiny and virtually untoned, displaying boldly struck details in all areas. Close examination reveals a series of small, grade-limiting abrasions mostly on the upper portion of the obverse, the only distractions on this scarcer Carson City product. Multiple die cracks encircle the outer reverse legends. This is one of the few coins from the Carson City issue with CAC endorsement. PCGS Population: 62 in 62, 79 finer.
