R-8. Liberty wears a diadem and faces right. Her hair is tied up in a bun. The reverse features a wreath of oak and laurel with the date below and 50 CENTS inside. STANDARD SILVER arcs across the upper periphery. Struck in aluminum with a reeded edge. Deeply mirrored fields and frosted devices create bold cameo contrast on both sides, with a sharp, fully impressed strike. The surfaces are remarkably clean for the grade, giving this PR66 Cameo Standard Silver half dollar a crisp, high-quality appearance with excellent overall eye appeal.
