In business ca. 1915-1920s; Louisville, KY- Louisville Dental Parlors T-66 $50 CSA Facsimile Advertising Note ND (ca. 1895-1910) Fine. The business opened in November, 1895 and was still in business circa 1910. The note has damage in the lower left corner and some minor edge roughness; New Orleans, LA- Baronne Dental Company T-23 $10 CSA Facsimile Advertising Note ND (ca. 1925) Fine-Very Fine. In business circa 1925; Brocton, MA- Dr. Whitehouse T-23 $10 CSA Facsimile Advertising Note ND (ca. 1913) Fine. In business ca. 1913.
