1841 $10 XF45 PCGS. CAC. Ex: The Fairmont Collection. Attractive harvest-gold color adorns this piece, with rich orange-gold patina occupying the reverse. The marks present are minimal and do not detract from the visual appeal. The strike is pleasing, with good definition in the hair and a majority of the stars. While a sizable population can be obtained beyond XF45, the 1841 eagle is rarely CAC endorsed finer than this grade, with just seven examples stickered as such (8/26).
