1836 $1 Judd-60 Original, Medal Alignment, Pollock-65, R.1 -- Altered Surfaces -- PCGS Genuine. AU Details. Silver. Plain Edge. Die Alignment II (medallic alignment with the head of Liberty opposite ES). (The PCGS insert incorrectly states Die Alignment IV.) Die State F. The die state markers for State F are clear. The rim nicks that would denote the later die states are potentially hidden by the holder tabs. This AU-level piece is well detailed with deep, mottled gunmetal-gray and lilac-blue patina.
