1870 25C Standard Silver Quarter, Judd-922, Pollock-1027, High R.7, PR67 Cameo PCGS. CAC. A bust of Liberty faces right with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around and the motto IN GOD WE TRUST on a scroll below. Liberty is wearing a headband inscribed LIBERTY and her hair is tied in a bun. On the reverse, the denomination 25 CENTS is centered in an oak and laurel wreath with STANDARD SILVER above and the date 1870 below. Struck in aluminum with a reeded edge. The present piece, with its cool silver luster and reflective fields, is the finest known specimen of this pattern at PCGS and CAC.
