Rich golden color and satiny luster give this early gold dollar excellent eye appeal. The strike is sharp, with crisp definition through Liberty???s hair and coronet as well as the reverse wreath. The surfaces are pleasing for the grade, with only light contact visible. An attractive Mint State example of this early gold dollar issue.
