State of Connecticut Pay Table Office Certificate £8-19s-8d June 4, 1784 PMG Extremely Fine 40. This certificate was issued to Richard Bishop in payment for service in the Continental Army during the year 1780 and is signed by Eleazer Wales who had been appointed Commissioner of Accounts by Congress in 1778.
