Treasurer of the State of New Hampshire $3 Treasury Warrant June 15, 1799 PMG Choice Very Fine 35 Net This late-18th century type is not listed in Anderson-Smythe. It is a small format certificate on laid paper; typeset with fancy borders. This instrument was used for multiple enactments ("Resolves") which could be written in as needed. Signed by Joseph Pearson and Governor John Taylor Gilman. Gilman appears to have actually signed this warrant based on a comparison with his signature on other documents. Two large hole cancels have been backed with a large patch and there appear to be glue stains in some of the margins. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
