North Carolina April 2, 1776 $1/2 Crow and Pitcher PCGS Apparent Choice About New 58. The crow and pitcher vignette refers to an Aesop's fable where a crow raises the water to a drinking level by dropping a number of pebbles in the pitcher (little by little does the trick). Even with its small edge repairs, this is an extraordinary example of this note and the finest to ever appear in one of our auctions. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
