Pennsylvania October 1, 1773 20s PMG Choice Very Fine 35. The 20s denomination was the second highest value authorized for the issue and is well printed in red and black with good colors remaining. Both the design elements and signatures of Benjamin Morgan, Barnaby Barnes, and William Fisher, Jr. are dark and bold. The note has eight decent margins, with PMG mentioning some minor stains that do not overly distract. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
