Rhode Island July 2, 1780 $5 PMG Extremely Fine 40. This fully issued $5 has the same emblem as $5 Continental Currency, a bleeding hand being withdrawn from a thorn bush. The note is well printed with good colors and margins and bears the signatures of Metcalfe Bowler and Thomas Rumreill as well as that of Jonathan Arnold who signed the federal guarantee on the back.
