British North Borneo British North Borneo Company 25 Cents 1.3.1921 Pick 12b Two Examples PMG Very Fine 30; Very Fine 25. An attractive pair of 25 Cents, both displaying the understated uniface design this first denomination of the British North Borneo Company. This is the red variety of two color variations known for the design, the other being mauve, and bears the signature combination of Bernard McEnroe and Charles Henry Dunn. The grades presented here are highly desirable, with only one example recorded finer at Choice Very Fine 35 in the PMG Population Report at time of cataloging.
