Burma Reserve Bank of India 100 Rupees ND (1939) Pick 6 Jhunjhunwalla-Razack 5.6.1 PMG Very Fine 30 Net. A bright blue Burmese issue, this note features the portrait of King George VI alongside a peacock on the front, while the back presents a scene of elephants and their mahouts logging teak trees in a forest. Unlike the previous provisional series, the 1939 issue was the first produced specifically for Burma and was not valid in India. Restoration and an ink stamp are mentioned on the holder.
