Furthermore, our certified coins are inspected and graded by Independent Grading Company (ICG), Numismatic Guarantee Corporation (NGC), or Professional Coin Grading Services (PCGS), promising an impartial appraisal of the coin ’s condition.

Gainesville Coins, Inc. has the following terms and policies to better serve the customer:
- All coins are certified genuine.
- GRADING & AUTHENTICITY
- Any coin returned/sold by Gainesville Coins, Inc. must be shipped via US Post Office and insured for their full value.
- An itemized invoice must be included when coins are shipped to Gainesville Coins, Inc. for potential purchase purposes.
- All coins shipped to Gainesville Coins, Inc., whether for return or resale purposes, will be videotaped via our security system to insure that the contents of the package matches the included paperwork. Should a discrepancy arise, the customer will be notified immediately via phone/email, and a copy of the videotape will be made available.
- No coins will be shipped from Gainesville Coins, Inc. until payment for said coins is received in full.
- Gainesville Coins, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment:

- Orders paid by bank wires, money order or cashier's checks will be shipped immediately upon receipt of transfer of funds. All personal and business checks must clear the bank via a 14 day hold before coins will be shipped .
- Gainesville Coins, Inc. will not accept: Cash, Travelers Checks and/or Credit Cards.
- Return Policy: Certified coins will NOT be accepted for return if protective case has been damaged or tampered with. If case has NOT been damaged or tampered with, returns will be accepted on certified coins only IF the original order is returned shipped to Gainesville Coins, Inc. via US Post Office, insured for their full value and post marked no than 2 days from the time the order is received by the customer. There will be no returns on bullion type coins. All Bullion coin sales are final.
- Gainesville Coins, Inc. does not assume any responsibility while coins are in transit, and will only assume responsibility while coins are in care, custody and control of Gainesville Coins, Inc.
- Gainesville Coins, Inc. does not give any investment advice and/or guarantee a profit.
- Past performance of coins is no guarantee of future performance.
- The coin market is volatile. Coin prices may fluctuate. Therefore there may be a loss/gain of principle.
- The resale value of a coin(s) may not be equal to the original purchase price
