A tough 1913 S key date barber quarter graded VG 8 by PCGS that has been approved by CAC for quality. This key date coin has strong rims on both sides with a very attractive original patina. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. This key date San Francisco Mint coin holds a low mintage of only 40;000. However; of this mintage; the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2;500 have survived in all grades today! It is one of just 216 graded Very Good 8 by PCGS. It is also one of only 51 approved by CAC for quality in this grade.
