Ball 2 Cr. 5 $50 1861 Bond Very Fine; Ball 4 Cr. 6 $100 1861 Bond Very Fine; Ball 87 Cr. 20 $50 Bond 1861 Very Fine. Ball 2 was issued from Montgomery, AL and this bond signed by Tyler. Ball 4 was also issued from Montgomery and bears the more important signature of Alexander Clitherall. These first two bonds are both thick paper varieties. The Ball 87 bond is signed by Acting Register C.T. Jones and is printed on the usual thin paper. There is a little bit of translucent discoloration. Not an easy trio of bonds to collect.
