HLRC was established in 1980 and is located in Downtown Norfolk, VA. We have prominent table locations at all major national conventions and some regional shows. Specializing in all early federal coinage, colonials and better U.S. gold and dollars as well as key date and premium quality examples from every series. We are well known market makers in the Bust Half Dollar series by die marriage and RedBook Variety, confederate coins, Lesher Dollars, and all first year issues. We offer discounted submission services on the major tier grading at PCGS. Our list is fresh with new coins added frequently and our checkbook never closes. Trades are always welcome.

1. Cashier’s check or money order; personal checks must clear before shipment unless references are supplied. 2. five-day return privilege; if you plan to return something, you must notify us by phone within 5 days. All returns must be mailed back no later than 1 week from the date of receipt. All exceptions must be approved in advance of regular return privilege timetables. 3. All merchandise is bank vaulted. 4. Postage terms:  Free shipping. 5. Virginia residents add 6% sales tax. 6. Credit Card returns are subject to 3% bank charge for restocking. 7. 10% restocking fee on all returned or canceled layaways. 8. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to adjust a price listed incorrectly. Please call to confirm prices; due to the volatility of the coin market, ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 9. Our Interest Free Layaway Policy is available for purchases of $800 or more. We require 25% down and 25% per month for the next 3 months, 90 days total payoff. Other layaway options may be available upon approval. Your item will be shipped to you upon receipt of your final payment. If you cancel layaway or payments are not made in a timely manner, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
