The value for Rainbow notes is highly dependent on the colors, and when combined with perfect margins, the eye appeal is unlike most other Federally issued banknotes. The color here is bold, and the margins are large enough and centered as a Gem. Some as-made ink is noted at the bottom, but far from a distraction and should have never been figured as a grade limiting factor. A note with all the eye appeal of a full Gem. It earned the PMG “Exceptional Paper Quality” designation.
