Return Policy:
1. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) on items returned within 7 days of receipt.

2. No returns on bullion related items.

3. Any coin or currency removed from its original holder is considered sold.

4. Sealed Mint products must remain sealed and in good condition.

5. Upon receiving the item in good condition, we will issue a prompt refund.

Grading:

Grading is a subjective opinion that is based on knowledge and experience in the industry.  With that said, The Executive Coin Company is confident that our grading is accurately represented with over 50 years of numismatic experience.

Any coin or currency item sent to a third-party grading service may not be returned as they offer their opinion only.  We also do not guarantee that the particular grade assigned to a sale item will be exactly the same as any grading service.

Since, the Executive Coin Company offers you a 7 day return privilege upon receipt of package, we suggest that you review the item, and based on your opinion and knowledge you must decide if you want the item to be certified by a third-party grading service.
