2. Stamps are guaranteed to be genuine. Rupp Brothers carefully describes every stamp.  Our desire is that every customer is thoroughly pleased with every purchase.

3. For new customers, payment in advance is requested. A stamp may be returned for a complete refund if it is returned to Rupp Brothers within 30 days of receipt.

4. For established Rupp Brothers' customers, with approved credit, purchases will be shipped on approval for examination prior to receipt of payment.

5. Shipping is gratis: There are NO shipping or insurance charges. 

6. New York State buyers: The appropriate county NY State sales tax will be added to your invoice.
