Rupp Brothers is buying exceptional-quality graded stamps. Rupp Brothers needs commemoratives and air post stamps that are graded 98-nh and 100-nh. Columbians, Trans-Mississippis, Louisiana-Purchases and Scott #C1 to #C24 are especially needed. We buy all front-of the book stamps through Scott #734. Scarcer stamps, such as 1869/1875 Pictorials (#112-133), Large Bank Note Issues (#134-218), First Bureau Issues (#246-284) and 1909 Bluish Papers (#357-363) are desired in grades 90-ph and higher. 1. Every stamp offered on the Collectors' Corner Marketplace is available for sale.
2. All stamps are carefully priced and are offered to you at the current fair market.
3. The stamps offered are properly described and every stamp is guaranteed to be genuine.
4. For new customers, payment in advance is requested. A stamp may be returned for a full refund if it is returned to Rupp Brothers within 15 days of receipt.
5. For past customers, with established credit, purchases will be shipped on approval for examination prior to payment.
6. Shipping - There are NO shipping or insurance charges - as a courtesy to our customers, shipping fees are always paid by Rupp Brothers.
7. New York State buyers - Please add the appropriate county sales tax to your order.
